For conventional chilled and frozen products, TK Reefer provides 20ft and 40ft reefer containers with a typical operating range of approximately +25°C to -25°C.
  • Options: Available as new, used, or rental.
  • Applications: Ideal for additional warehouse capacity, seasonal demand, inventory growth, and temporary frozen storage.
  • Capacity: Standard sizes include 20ft (H 8'6") and 40ft (H 8’6’’ or H9'6").

Thermo King SuperFreezer Container: Down to -70°C

For products requiring temperatures beyond standard frozen storage, TK Reefer provides Thermo King SuperFreezer solutions for sale. New Thermo King machinery can support set points between +30°C and -40°C, while specialized SuperFreezer units go much lower. Depending on configuration, temperature ranges include:
  • +10°C to -60°C
  • 0°C to -70°C
SuperFreezer provides a specialised solution for deep-freeze and ultra-low-temperature products where conventional reefer-container temperatures are insufficient.

Maintenance Guidelines

Keep Your Frozen Cold Chain Running

A refrigeration breakdown can result in product loss, rejected deliveries, and operational downtime. TK Reefer provides preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for reefer trucks and reefer containers.
  • Guideline: Preventive maintenance is recommended every 1,000 operating hours or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
  • Services: Structure checks, electrical diagnostics (MP4000 Power Modules), and condenser/evaporator cleaning.
